Major company active in the production of technical articles in plastic, metal, rubber, and filtering materials, made with multiple types of processing. The final application sectors of the company's production are varied and include plastics, metalworking, automotive, hydraulic, electrical, medical, filtration, furniture, design, and others. The company is continuously growing in product and process innovation and is considering strategic acquisitions with a view to further growth through external lines and increased supply chain control over its own production.

The company intends to acquire third-party companies operating in the same or related sector, namely companies preferably engaged in the processing or molding of plastic and rubber parts, ideally with know-how and expertise also in the design and/or construction of molds, in order to increase the range of products and processes carried out internally within the group. Target companies are preferably located in Emilia Romagna, Lombardy, Veneto, and Liguria, with a turnover of around one million euros. There is also interest in customer portfolios only.
