DANCE, THEATRE, MUSIC AND LANGUAGES SCHOOL

Building on the successful experience gained over several years through the "parent" company, the INNOVATIVE SME in question offers multifunctional centers at national and international level, able to simultaneously provide numerous services, from dance courses to theater, music and singing, as well as language courses, after-school activities, fitness/wellness and much more. All this with top-level teachers, selected nationwide. Revenue streams are ensured by the payment of advance fees. Currently, two centers are profitably managed by the company, which boasts about 1,000 members attending various courses.

We are looking for an investor for the development of the entrepreneurial project, for amounts in the order of several hundred thousand euros, to be invested entirely in the INNOVATIVE SME, with the aim of acquiring additional schools and centers in the main Italian cities (primarily Milan, Florence and Rome), creating a successful brand that can be exported abroad. Existing facilities to be acquired in the aforementioned cities have already been identified and contacted.
