Target
In order to pursue its growth objectives in the urban green sector, to which an entire production unit is dedicated, the company aims to acquire B2B companies operating in public and private green care services, related secondary urbanization works, or collateral activities such as nurseries, indoor greenery, irrigation systems, excavations, reclamation, etc.
We are looking for established and dynamic companies from Central and Northern Italy (with a focus on the Northwest) with revenues up to €5 million and positive margins.
