Italian company that designs and manufactures PVC windows, doors, and verandas. Thanks to the technology it has invested in and its 'problem solving' approach towards customers, it has doubled its size in the last 5 years.

It wishes to further strengthen this growth through an acquisition that will cover geographical areas not currently served. The internal structure (quality system, design know-how, etc.) is such as to adequately support the growth plan through industrial synergies.

Target

Looking to acquire a company operating in the design/production of aluminum windows, doors, and curtain walls (preferably using Ponzio profiles), equipped with a technical office for design and quoting with at least two people. The total staff is between 10 and 15 employees, with a turnover between €2 and €4 million, achieved both B2B and B2C.

Geographical areas: Milan and neighboring provinces, Emilia Romagna, and western provinces of Veneto.

Type of operation sought: acquisition of the majority; a qualified minority will be available for the entrepreneur of the acquired company, as they will continue to hold the top position.
