It aims to achieve dimensional growth externally by capitalizing on a consolidated and effective structure. Target
We are looking to acquire a company with the following characteristics:
- Ability to organize training events in areas of medical practice adjacent to those currently covered (for example: cardiology, pediatrics, etc.), within the framework of Continuing Medical Education (CME). Companies with a proven ability to organize corporate events in non-medical fields will also be considered, provided they have an excellent profile.
- Attention to the quality of the service provided, in line with that of the acquiring company.
- Resulting loyalty of a quality and sufficiently large client base.
- Turnover: from €0.5 to €2.5 million.
- Geographical areas: Northern Italy
- Type of operation sought: acquisition of at least 51% of the capital.
