The 35-year-old company is currently managed by the second generation of the founding partners. It produces machined carpentry, assembled machines and customised spare parts for third parties, mainly for plants in the beverage & food sectors. Turnover is realised from carpentry, traditionally characterised by cutting, bending, welding and assembly services, including complete machines. It also has an efficient production department for CNC turning and milling, with interconnected CAM programming. Recent investments have also included the expansion of the quality control area to meet increasingly high standards, introducing a new three-dimensional measuring system and an optical dimensional measuring system. The carpentry department dedicated to stainless steel welding è is suitably segregated and the operators have obtained the necessary qualifications to guarantee the highest quality in the food sector; in addition to the operators' qualifications, it has the qualifications for vt2 visual inspections, liquid penetrants and the UNI EN ISO14731.2019 welding coordinator qualification. In addition to the customer project division, the company also has an in-house division that can carry out the engineering part, which enables it to offer an even greater range of services to the plant manufacturer. The same division manufactures its own branded machines for a turnover of 200/300 k€ per year.

Target

The entrepreneurs hope for the entry of an industrial partner in the capital with a stake, even a majority stake, to be evaluated according to the industrial and commercial development project in their sector.
