It wishes to make a dimensional leap externally by capitalizing on an established and effective structure. The acquired company will have the opportunity to benefit from our client's managerial, digital, and financial synergies.

Target

We aim to acquire a company with the following characteristics:

• Ability to organize training events in segments of medical practice contiguous to those currently covered (e.g., cardiology, pediatrics...), within the framework of Continuing Medical Education (CME). Companies with proven organizational capacity for corporate events in non-medical fields will also be considered, provided they have an excellent profile.
• Attention to the quality of the service provided, in line with that of the acquiring company.
• Resulting in the loyalty of a quality and sufficiently large client base.
• Turnover: from €0.5 to €2.5 million.
• Geographical areas: Northern Italy
• Type of transaction sought: acquisition of at least 51% of the capital.
