The company opened its first pilot shop in 2018 as a response to the mobility megatrend; ‘smart’. The basic business idea è that of satisfying final demand through multiple modalities of use (purchase and hire) and multiple distribution channels, i.e. both directly and through a network of franchised outlets, in turn oriented both to the private segment and to that of the tourism sector (hotels, bed&breakfast, etc.). In addition to sales (new and second-hand) and rentals, the associated sales outlet provides repairs, maintenance and the organisation of short tours for enthusiasts. In just a few years, the company has become the most important e-bike rental and sales franchise network in Italy. It now has 11 shops already operational and 5 soon to be opened, with the aim of making another 10 shops active by the end of 2022. The company provides the typical services of a franchisor, adapted to the specific product category.
Target
We are looking for a partner who can accelerate the growth that requires a major capital increase, which is indispensable to ensure the supply of e-bikes in this period of tense demand. The capital increase required for the realisation of the business plan is 2.5 to 3 million Euro.
