Thanks to the skills and professionalism of the Group's companies, it operates in Italy and the Middle East with its own staff and innovative digital platforms to mainly deliver services in plant operation&maintenance, energy saving, project management, as well as services in the area of soft facility management (green management , reception services, cleaning and sanitizing).
Particular attention is given in offering environmentally friendly service solutions to its customers. In this area, the Group has also developed innovative proprietary technologies, particularly on the direct capture of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

Target

It is desired to acquire companies operating in business-to-business serving commercial, industrial and office properties, active in the areas of:

• energy service, heat management and energy efficiency (ESCO or with suitable clientele/know how to become one). Established and dynamic companies with €3-10 mio turnover and positive margins are sought;

• operation, maintenance and installation services of thermo mechanical/refrigeration/air treatment systems;

• conduction, maintenance and installation services of electrical, data transmission and related systems.
