The company is authorized under DM 22/1/2008 n.37 for installation, transformation, expansion, and maintenance of all regulated systems and, always attentive to the quality of its processes and methodologies, is certified according to the following standards:

  • UNI ISO14001:2015 occupational health and safety management system
  • The company is in the process of obtaining the LELE09 qualification from Enel

The company has an extremely loyal client portfolio made up of operators from various business areas, working as a subcontractor to major supplier companies.

The company’s shareholder intends to transfer the entire shareholding in the company’s capital to an industrial operator active in the following reference sectors: telco, renewable energy, multimedia systems. Industrial operators in closely related businesses, wishing to expand their offering portfolio, will also be considered.
