It is also pursuing a strategy of growth through external channels by implementing a process of diversification into neighbouring market segments such as kitchens.

We would like to acquire companies producing fitted kitchens with a turnover of €5 to 30 million.
Geographical areas: North, Central Italy and Campania.
Type of transaction sought: acquisition of at least 51% of the capital.
