For more than 10 years, the company has been involved in the construction of industrial plants and processes, installation and commissioning of multimedia systems, with a particular specialisation in the activities of:

• work related to laying, splicing, testing and maintenance of fibre optic cables; Operating in ancillary activities;
• realisation of renewable energy installations (photovoltaic);
• plant and technological services, with particular reference to electrical installations and multimedia systems;

Operating throughout Italy, the company has its main office in Campania, on an area of approximately 1,000 m’and a secondary office in Sicily. Pursuant to Italian Ministerial Decree 22/1/2008 no. 37, the company is qualified for the installation, transformation, expansion and maintenance of all the systems envisaged, and has always been attentive to the quality of its company processes and methodologies, and is certified according to the following standards:

• UNI ISO9001:2015 quality management system; •UNI ISO14001:2015 environmental management system;
• UNI ISO14001:2015 occupational health and safety management system
• È in the process of obtaining the LELE09 qualification from Enel

The companyà has an extremely loyal client portfolio composed of operators for different business areas, working with subcontractors of the main supplying companies.

Target

The company's shareholder is willing to transfer its entire share capital to an industrial operator active in the following sectors: telco, renewable energies, multimedia systems. Industrial operators present in neighbouring businesses willing to expand their offer portfolio will also be considered.
