The company has established itself, over its decades of activity, by offering AC/DC electric motors and electrical components (relays, pushbuttons, etc.) in the Italian and European market of machine automation, electrical equipment and medical equipment. The company has developed long-term relationships with customers and has in-depth technical knowledge that helps customers choose the right motors and components for each specific application by not acting as a distribution company but by supporting its suppliers in the design of motors suited to customer requirements.

The company's qualitative choices have supported a positioning well represented by the values of the brands distributed. In fact, the prevailing channel is direct sales to the small robot, electric door opener, coffee machine, refrigeration and heating sectors and in those markets requiring customisation to customer specifications.

Target

In order to better focus on its core business, the parent company intends to sell either the company or the electric motors and components branch. It should be emphasised that in its 17 years of operation, the business unit has always maintained an attractive margin and generated profits. We are therefore looking for industrial partners operating mainly in the field of motors and electrical/electronic components or in an adjoining sector and willing to take over the business unit, which is completely autonomous in organisational terms (including logistics), in order to enter these markets and/or obtain operational synergies.
