We are looking for an industrial partner for the partial transfer of the majority shareholding package and for a partnership, motivated by the opportunity to expand the commercial network, currently consisting of 50% Italian and 50% foreign clients, to consolidate market presence and expand the range of products through the enhancement of R&D resources.
