The company has seen steady growth over the last five years, both in terms of turnover and resources, closing 2021 with a consolidated revenue of over €21 million.
Target
The company is looking for companies from € 2 million to € 9 million in turnover, profitability aligned to the market average, operating in the same sector, business models based on recurring revenue streams (SaaS on a fee, license basis) as opposed to people intensive (consulting and body-based activities). Skills on Cloud Native Architecture, agile methodologies, DevOps practices and the use of Open Source software will be preferred. The objective is to acquire at least a controlling/majority share (by right).
