The Project envisages the acquisition of a minority shareholding to bring finance to the Target Company and to support the Management in the organisation.

Target

The search is aimed at companies involved in the design, engineering, production and marketing of Industrial Pumps, with particular reference to centrifugal, membrane and peristaltic technologies. Targets should consider the possibility of aggregating with a partner for organisational and business growth. High technical and innovation skills are required, with a turnover of EUR 2 to 6 million.
