Target

After years of organic growth, without significant investments in marketing, the shareholders are willing to identify an industrial partner operating in the medical and/or insurance sector, which would allow the company to continue and speed up its growth path by investing in the expansion of its service offering and in marketing. The partners are willing to evaluate both minority and majority investments, with full willingness of the founding partners to continue operating within the company after the transaction. The financial requirement sought is €300k, with a pre-money valuation of €1.5 mio.
