An important and rapidly growing company, direct manufacturer of pipe fittings made from various types of plastic materials with countless applications in diverse sectors. The company, with a view to internal technological growth, is seeking a startup or sector company to propose a potential industrial partnership, also through direct investments in the target and acquisition of shares in the same.

Target

The search is preferably aimed at startups (preferably innovative) that are complementary or related to the company’s business of producing ‘thermoplastic fittings’. However, companies and design studios are also considered. The target company must have products, projects, innovations, technology or in any case know-how aimed at the needs and functional use of fittings, with particular reference to: - Joints for flexible pipes to channel flows (liquids); - Connections between flexible and rigid pipes to machines/equipment for the circulation of liquids; - Making existing pipelines adaptable to temperature and pressure fluctuations; - Remote controlled flow interception or regulation, e.g., by sensor (in various devices and in different positions in industrial processes with liquid flows); - Technologies capable of meeting the work-related needs of fittings as parameters such as temperature, pressure, type of liquid, resistance to low and high temperatures, to pressure and vacuum, in corrosive environments, mechanical resistance, in seawater and with aggressive liquids, vary.
