The company, with a view to internal technological growth, is looking for a startup or company in the sector to propose a potential industrial partnership, also by means of direct investment in the target and acquisition of shares in it.

Target

The search is preferably aimed at start-ups (preferably innovative) that are complementary or similar to the company business of the production of “thermoplastic fittings", however, companies and design studios are also considered. The target company must be equipped with products, projects, innovations, technology or in any case know-how aimed at the needs and functions of the fittings, with particular reference to - Connections for flexible hoses to convey flows (liquids); - Connections between flexible and rigid hoses to machines/equipment for the circulation of liquids; - Making existing pipelines adaptable to changes in temperature and pressure; - Remote-controlled flow interception or regulation e.g. Interception or remote-controlled flow regulation e.g. by sensor (in various apparatuses and in various positions of industrial processes with liquid flows); - Technologies capable of satisfying the requirements in the field of work of the fittings in the variation of parameters such as temperature, pressure, type of liquid, resistance to low and high temperatures, to pressure and vacuum, in corrosive environments, mechanical resistance, in marine waters and to aggressive liquids.
