TECHNICAL RUBBER AND PLASTIC ITEMS

Company specialized in the design and production of technical articles in rubber and plastic with applications in multiple industrial sectors (e.g. agriculture, construction, mechanics and hydraulics, automotive in general, household goods and appliances, various plants, etc.) Through its technical office, internal laboratory, and a fleet of injection and compression machines, it oversees all phases of the production process, from the initial project to compound studies and mold design, up to molding and final delivery of products to the customer.

With a view to growth through external lines and in order to increase critical mass and commercial potential, the company is interested in acquiring small companies in the same sector, operating in the manufacture of industrial technical articles in plastic and/or rubber (both traditional and special compounds), located in Emilia Romagna and preferably with a turnover below one million euros.
