Target

After years of organic growth without significant marketing investments, the shareholders intend to identify an industrial partner operating in the medical and/or insurance sector, allowing the company to continue and accelerate its growth by investing in the expansion of its service offering and in marketing. The shareholders are open to considering both minority and majority investments, with the full availability of the founding partners to continue working within the company after the transaction. The financial requirement sought is €300k, with a pre-money valuation of €1.5 million.
