Italian company that designs and manufactures PVC windows, doors and verandas, has doubled its size over the past 5 years thanks to the technology it has invested in and its 'problem-solving' approach towards customers.
It wishes to further strengthen this growth through an acquisition aimed at overseeing geographical areas not yet covered. The internal structure (quality system, design know-how, etc.) is such as to adequately support the growth plan through industrial synergies.

Target

The goal is to acquire a company operating in the design/production of aluminum windows, doors, and curtain walls (preferably using Ponzio profiles), equipped with a technical office for design and quoting with at least two people. The total staff is between 10 and 15 employees, with a turnover between €2 and €4 million, achieved through both B2B and B2C.
Geographical areas: Milan and neighboring provinces, Emilia Romagna and the western provinces of Veneto.
Type of operation sought: majority acquisition; a qualified minority will be available to the entrepreneur of the acquired company, as they will continue to hold the top position.
