The company, through R&D activities, aims to provide hospitals with innovative hybrid (digital/traditional) solutions that improve therapy adherence and patient outcomes: the medication administration dispenser it has developed has in fact resulted in two patent applications (industrial invention + utility model). The advantages offered by this technology cover several areas: - patient health: correct intake (avoiding delays/ doses not administered/errors/expiry date control/patient allergies) and consequently maximum effectiveness of therapy, reduction of complications and mortality; - efficiency towards the hospital structure: frees up up to 30% of paramedical staff time for patient care, reduces staff requirements, and shortens hospital stays; - flexibility: allows therapeutic modifications and provides the pill as needed: directly controlled by the patient for optimal pain management. - traceability across 6 involved areas: loader, device, patient, therapeutic changes, drugs loaded and dispensed - full integration with the hospital workflow - complies with all regulatory and guideline requirements for hospital drug administration The dispenser targets a global reference market of $6.3B by 2032, expected to grow by an average 8.4% per year until then.

Target

The company has already surpassed the Proof of Concept phase with its own funds and is preparing to undertake the experimental phase in a leading hospital in northern Italy. To date, €790k in grants and €740k in equity have been raised. To complete the industrialization process, it is necessary to: - support an AUCAP of up to 300k by the end of 2024 at a pre-money valuation of €5M (share = 5.7%) – or, by September 2025, support an AUCAP of up to €1.5M at a pre-money valuation of €8M for an accelerated global launch.
