Innovative start-up developing smart packaging prototypes for monitoring the freshness of protein-based foods. The devices appear as one or more miniaturized units that, placed inside the packaging, detect if a degradation process is occurring and thus allow recognition of the freshness of the food inside. The company targets players operating along the agri-food supply chain interested in adding value to their products through sustainability and the fight against food waste, as well as safeguarding consumer health by avoiding the consumption of spoiled foods.
