The Innovative Startup operates in the agrifood tech world and has developed an end-to-end solution for the complete management of agrifood traceability for b2b customers. The solution consists of two frameworks: IoT sensor management and data and information collection aimed at blockchain technology. The traceability of the products is managed within the platform thanks to the use of IoT sensing and allows each step of the production process to be recorded in a unique and secure way according to the canons of blockchain. IoT sensing provides all data related to physical variables in the field, such as temperature, air quality, humidity and pressure, as well as information related to transport up to retail. Through the platform, the company management uses the digital representation of all activities as a real management system, which allows monitoring of all processes that need to be properly controlled and managed. The system generates QR-codes for each process step, including all IoT sensor data recorded in the blockchain, just like a digital passport.
